Primetime announces 9 SHSs qualified for 2023 NSMQ semi-finals

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the National Science and Mathematics Quiz (NSMQ), Primetime Limited, the producer of the competition, has announced the nine senior high schools that have qualified for the semi-finals.
The semi-finals will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at two different venues: KNUST in Kumasi and the National Theatre in Accra.
The following schools will compete in the semi-finals:
- Wesley Girls’ High School
- Achimota School
- St. Louis Senior High School
- Opoku Ware School
- Pope John Senior High School and Seminary
- Prempeh College
- Keta Senior High Technical School
- Mfantsipim School
- Presbyterian Boys Senior High School (Presec-Legon)
This year’s NSMQ is being hosted in two regions for the first time in history. The preliminary four stages are being held at KNUST, and the grand finale will be held at the National Theatre.
